In Ust-Kamenogorsk, a monument to the Constitution and the park "Nurly-Zhol" will be erected. According to this conclusion, a monument 22 meters high will be erected. On four sides of it there will be steps leading to the platform. In the center there will be another one - of a smaller diameter. The monument itself will consist of two cone-shaped columns, tapering upwards, connected in the center by a structure in the form of the Shanyrak ornament. The top of the ensemble will be decorated with a soaring eagle.
