CAPITAL FINANCIAL CENTER
The main idea of the project is to create a modern business
center, which combines A-class office space,
shopping center, apart-hotel, residential complex, restaurants and fitness center. This allows you to create a unique space where people can
work, relax and spend free time, all in one place.
A multifunctional business center (complex) with a total area of 154,630.1 m is planned on a plot of 6.45 hectares. The proposed construction site is located in the Bostandyk district of Almaty, southern Al-Farabi Avenue, opposite the Nur-Mubarak Mosque and madrasah. The structural design of the entire structure provides for a frame-braced post-transom system; there will also be elements with a KM partition (metal structures). According to the General Plan of the site, during landscaping and planting, all standards of SP and SN RK, SanPin, standards for insolation, fire standards and the topography of the site were observed.
