This multifunctional Residential Complex with an area of 17247.5 m2 is located on Al-Farabi Avenue. The main function of the building are apartments, complemented by retail space, areas for restaurants, cafes on the lower floors and underground parking. The landscape has been designed very delicately, in an effort to give residents the opportunity to relax and customers to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The strategy for designing the shape and plans of the building was to obtain the largest area within the legally allowed boundaries.
